All sales are final. Visa Slot Watcher is a one-time purchase that is delivered as soon as you pay, so we do not offer cancellations or refunds.
Please read what the extension does on the home page and in the terms before you pay. It watches the visa site for you and rings you when a slot appears. It cannot guarantee a slot, because it cannot create appointments that do not exist.
If a payment is taken twice by mistake, the duplicate will be returned to the original payment method.
